Amy Ray

Amy Ray
Amy Ray, half of grammy-winning folk due Indigo Girls, is demonstrating just how talented she is in her sixth solo album in the last ten years, "Lung of Love". Ray's soft rock melodies and deep, soothing, voice are a treat for the ears. She's a bit of a tomboy which gives her songs a different edge than most singer/songwriters. Backed by her band with Mellisa York on Drums, Kaia Wilson on guitar and vocals, the songs add a pop twist on the soft rock scene, making the unique tune of this album very enjoyable. - Mallory Spencer
