Hunx and His Punx - "Too Young To Be In Love"
Rating:

Reigning from all away on the West coast, specifically Oakland, CA to becoming punk legends in New York City Hunx
and His Punx
have their own unique style of music with their album
Too Young To Be In Love. In this album, the band has a 1950's
trio sound with spunk of any 1960's
pop girl band with a name that end with an "-ette
." The tracks that exemplify the music style of this record would be the first track, "Lover's Lane' and the seventh track "Bad Boy." In any retro song we could dig up from the 50s
, both songs have lyrics talking about the how much the lead singer loves and misses their boyfriend. If there was any way that could sum up what this band sounds like, it would be a mixture between Gravy Train and Black Lips. Though this band has a style
that is a blast from the past, with a unique twist of gay lead vocalist, they have the chance to make it big!
